7 Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the personalised, spiritual, and time-intensive nature of our services, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your consultation before any remedy work begins, and we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• No Refund After Service: Once a consultation or remedy has been delivered, no refund will be provided.
